Should take customer with them on test drive since they made the complaint

This dealership was amazing to work with. They were helpful, patient, and made everything straightforward from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and much easier than I expected. Highly recommend their team for anyone looking for a hassle‑free experience.

Service at Leo Martin was great. The work was done faster than I thought it would be. However I do have a problem with GM.The work was far a shifter problem that GM knew about and did nothing to fix it. Now I'm out $633.98.

I felt like the rep that I had was working for State Farm and not for me. Multiple things did not get put back on my vehicle. I eventually had to take my vehicle to another repair shop to finish up because y’all cannot even complete the project. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with Repair shop one that I chose to repair my vehicle. I can’t believe the chart is still business and treat people the way y’all treated us

Easy and pleasant experience

Our salesman was extremely excellent on making sure I purchased the truck I wanted and not just selling me a truck.

Well it's sad to say that I've been there three times in the last year due to all the accidents around the lake Jackson area. But every time I've been there they all take good care of me they are always very concerned for my well-being, they are always very attentive as well as empathetic, they are also very thorough, if there's any questions or concerns they're always willing to listen and if there's any guidance that you may need or any questions answered they are always full of a lot of great information of things that I didn't even think about but they are all super awesome! EVERYONE IN SERVICE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Oil & Filter change went well. Technician performed multipoint check. After I got back home, checked the engine air filter and only 2 of the 5 screws were tightened down. The other 3 were left completely loose. I’m a very experienced DIY guy. I may start changing the oil and filter myself in the future.
