When I arrived there were 6 cars in the service drive and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to speak with a service advisor while my ride home was waiting, I tried texting twice and calling twice to get an update on the progress of the service with no response or call back. I finally got through to another service advisor on my third call. She gave me some information but my original service advisor called back after that.Response from Leo Martin Chevrolet

This time around not so much i bought a 2021 chevy Silverado used and have nothing but problems with it. it has been in there shop five times with three times being the same issue. I was sold a tuck that did not have anyone look over it or fix any issues before selling it to me.
