Oil change and tire rotation was efficient and timely

I felt very uncomfortable during the signing of the paper work,nothing was explained to me including interest rates,I never even agreed to a extended warranty but got one anyway,my fault for not slowing fiancé down and read the paper work,I believe I never received my full discount for my company being part of the discount program with Chevy gmc,it wasn’t a pleasant experience,and hopefully I never have to do business with your dealership again

I took my truck in for an oil change on 2/18/26 and when I went to pick it up I noticed oil smeared all over the inside of the truck where the technician had touched. I have been a loyal Leo Martin customer for many years and have never had this issue before. This is very upsetting and unacceptable.

Aida is a great service advisor. She took interest in my problems and what was going on with my truck and I would recommend her to anyone. Please thank her for me. She made my visit enjoyable considering the problems I was having with my Colorado truck.
